Eric Tomlinson - IMCA Modified #45T

Texas Star Racing is proud to introduce Eric Tomlinson. Eric races in the IMCA Sport Mod class at Heart O' Texas Speedway on Friday night and various tracks on Saturday night.

Eric kicked off the 2009 Season at the Texas World Dirt Track Championships at Texas Motor Speedway February 26 - 28. Good luck in your new car Eric!

Eric is moving from an IMCA Sport Mod to an IMCA Modified for the 2009 Season. Eric will race at Heart O' Texas Speedway in Waco Texas on Friday and various IMCA sanctioned tracks on Saturday.

Eric kicked off the at the Texas World Dirt Track Championship February 26 - 28 at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track. Eric was able to gain some valuable seat time in a very competitive situation over the weekend.

Eric had a great run in his final race Saturday night. Eric started at the back of the field and worked his way up to 7th at one point of the race. Eric gained a lot of confidence behind the wheel this weekend and is poised to have a great start to the 2009 season!

Eric started the official 2009 race season with a 5th place finish on Friday, March 6th at Heart O' Texas Speedway in Waco Texas.

Eric was running 5th when another car cut his left front tire. His crew got him back on the track before the caution ended. Eric restarted at the back of the field but worked his way back to 5th position before the end of the 20 lap feature race.
